We strive to offer high-quality products and services, and our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
Clothing Items
We gladly accept returns on clothing items (such as shirts, caps, etc.) in new, unworn condition. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, with all tags attached, for a full refund.
Farm Goods
Due to the nature of our farm products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items, including fresh flowers and other farm goods. Please ensure products are in their original, unopened condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
To begin your return, please reach out to us at info@labellavitofarm.com. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please note, that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. The item must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received. Refunds do not apply to perishable items that have been opened or used, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
